Intermediate AR Course
This is a non-NRA, intermediate rifle course designed to teach history, various uses, modification options, lower builds, and other topics of the AR platform. This is a course in development where feedback is welcome from knowledgeable students for future iterations. This course is not intended for new shooters. There will be a brief marksmanship clinic on the range, followed by a live fire portion.
7:30P - 11:30P
Turkey Shoot
Practice starts at 7:00pm and the shoot at 7:30.
All Shoots are Stock (unmodified shotgun) Shoots
What do you do?
Shoot Shotguns
You need to bring your own shotgun (12 gauge) + money
We shoot @ 5 x 5 paper targets with A Bullseye center @ 25 yards
Closest to the Bullseye wins
The cost is $5.00 per shot.
The profits from the turkey shoot goes to the parks' operating fund
Prizes vary from slab bacon, hams, turkeys etc.
